Tim Roseboro

Tim has held senior executive level positions at ConcordisReal Estate Advisors, The Reinvestment Fund, Wachovia Bank and First Union Bank where he developed an extensive background in negotiation, deal structuring, underwriting analysis and project management. Allen Riddick

Allen Riddick is the Director of Supplier Diversity for Drexel University. Allen joined Drexel in 2018 and is responsible for the inclusion of diverse vendors with in Drexel’s Procurement Services. Allen also oversees Drexel’s procurement outreach where he works directly with local government and nonprofit organizations to assist them in identifying and developing strong suppliers. He is also the 2018 receipt of the Woman’s Business Enterprise Council Pa-De-Snj Regional Shining Star Award. In 2015, Allen served as Category Manager of Supplier Diversity for RICOH-USA. At RICOH-USA, Allen ensured that Minority, Women, Veteran, Service Disabled, and LGBT firms obtained access to opportunity at an equal and open procurement platform. From 2008 to 2015, Allen served as Supplier Diversity Manger/Sourcing Lead for Alpha Enterprise Group. In 2010, Allen was recognized as the President’s Award Winner, an award only given to one employee who demonstrates collaborative efforts that brings employees together and improves the company.
